You will need your Grizzly ID number (found in your acceptance letter) to set up your NetID. If you do not have your Grizzly ID number, contact Undergraduate Admissions at (248) 370-3360.

1. Visit the NetID manager page
2. Select “Reset your Grizzly ID PIN”
3. Type in your Grizzly ID using a capital "G", your date of birth, and first and last name used on your admissions application
4. Answer the reCAPTCHA
5. Enter a six digit PIN that you'll be able to remember
6. Click "Submit"

*Write down your PIN number. You'll need this to create your NetID and set up a password for your account.

1. Visit the NetID manager page
2. Select "Create NetID Account"
3. Read the "NetID Guidelines and Information" then click continue
4. Enter your Grizzly ID number and PIN then click "Submit"
5. Select desired NetID and click "Submit"
6. Click on "Password Reset Page" to set a new password
7. Enter your Grizzly ID number and Pin
8. Type your password in "New NetID Password". Your password needs to be between 8-15 alphanumeric characters and must contain at least one letter and one number.
9. Click on "Change Password"

*Write down your NetID username and password. You'll need this information for all items listed at the top of this page

Checking Your Email
All official university communication will be sent to your OU email address, including but not limited to information on:

• Billing (eBill)
• Financial aid awards and requirements
• Grades
• Course related information from faculty members, your academic adviser and other campus partners
• Campus events

It is best practice to check your OU email a few times a week.

Forwarding Your Email (Note: When conducting University business through email, you must use your OU email address. This includes all correspondence with OU faculty, staff and departments.)

1. Log in to your OU email at webmail.annccb.com
2. Click the gear symbol and click "Settings"
3. Select the "Forwarding and POP/IMAP" tab
4. Select "Add a forwarding address" and follow the directions provided
